Due Date Community Groups

Connect with a small group of up to 10 SMBCs with due dates close to yours. Together with a community facilitator who is also pregnant, you’ll participate in six structured zoom calls and - I promise you - an unbelievably active What’s App chat with women in the same stage of motherhood. They’re googling all the same things as you, and the connections you build will carry you through one of the biggest seasons of change you’ll ever experience.

This is an opportunity unlike any other to feel less alone on your SMBC journey. Past β€œdue date groups” now have little ones nearing their first birthdays, and they are still in constant conversation about introducing new foods, development milestones, and which stroller is easiest for solo mom travel. Join this group and you absolutely will NOT feel like you are flying solo through your pregnancy and beyond!

Make sure you join The Single Greatest Choice mailing list to find out about the next round in spring 2025!

Individual Coaching Package

Are you still waiting for your mind and heart to catch up to your body in this whole 'β€œgrowing a tiny human who will be solely yours” thing? Mama, I FEEL YOU. It is sooooo normal to experience a wide range of emotions at this stage, not all of them positive.

If you are dealing with discomfort when it comes to sharing your story, still comparing your experience to a parallel fantasy where Mr. Right DID show up in time, or you’re still in your head about how you will possibly handle the logistics of solo motherhood - coaching can help.

Over the course of 6 sessions, you will learn strategies to release the comparison, shame and blame so that you can embrace the beautiful life in front of you. It’s the best gift you can give yourself in this season of becoming, and I can’t wait to partner with you!
